Michael has been a personal trainer for 8 years having a wealth of experience of training absolute beginners to elite sportspeople – and relishes the differing challenges that an individual gives. His knowledge of rehabilitation when working alongside physiotherapists and other health professionals, together with a functional approach to training creates a lifestyle involvement to exercise so that benefits are rewarding and longstanding.
In 2013 Mike qualified to represent GB in sprint triathlon at the European Championships, establishing Mike as a keen sportsperson who is happy to impart his working knowledge of specific training.
