TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Membership Payment and Term
Monthly Membership must be paid by Standing Order. It may be cancelled at any time, provided at least thirty days notice is given in writing to the Membership Secretary.
Annual Membership and Memberships not paid by Standing Order are not redeemable. They are to be paid on or before the first day the facilities are used.
Joint Membership
To qualify for joint membership, you must pay by the same method, e.g. through one bank account, and also have the same home address.
Student Summer Suspension Scheme
Only students may suspend their membership – suspensions need to be agreed at the beginning of their membership, written on the membership form and signed by the membership advisor. If students are paying monthly, their standing order will continue and they will be refunded by cheque on their return to the Club.
Guests
A guest is permitted to use the Club if accompanied by a member, and is subject to the rules and regulations of the Club. Guest fees apply at the advertised rate.
The Management reserves the right to change the Club timetable without giving prior notice.
